Trim Your Wick

Always trim your wick to 1/8 - 1/4 inch before lighting any candle. If the wick gets too tall, the flame will also grow too tall and leave black burn marks on the glass or it will burn your candle too fast.

Pay Attention to your Burn Time

For even burning, make sure to burn your c andle for at least 3 hours or until there is an even melt pool across the surface of your candle. Otherwise, your candle might tunnel or not burn evenly.

On the flip side, make sure to not burn your candle for more than 4 hours. This could make your wax or vessel too hot. Which could lead to your vessel cracking.

Protect your Surfaces

Make sure to keep your candles on an elevated surface like a candle stand or coaster. No matter what vessel a candle is made in, the risidual heat from the bottom of the candle once its getting to the end could damage the surface you have your candle on.

Safety First

Always burn candles in a well-ventilated space. Do not place lit candles near window treatments and other objects that can catch fire. Keep all lit candles out of the reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Wax Melt Tips

1. Don't burn your melts for longer than 4 Hours.

2. Only use warmers approved for wax melts.

3. Use your warmer on a flat stable surface.

4. Because each wax melter is different, the temperature will also be different than the melter we tested on. Melts might last longer or not as long depending on the temperature of your melter.

Also, because of temperature fluctuation, your wax melt could start to have a frothing type effect. this is normal and does not affect the melts scent quality.
